If you receive a product that does not meet quality standards, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request a photo or video to assess the issue. 

2. Order Accuracy:

In the event of an error in your order, such as missing items or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will promptly address the issue.

3. Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued back to original payment method within 5-7 business days upon approval of the refund request.

Return Policy

 

1. Perishable Items

Although we may issue refunds on damaged items, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on perishable items.

2. Return Process

If there is an error with your entire order, please contact us to initiate a return of the box. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup at our cost.

If you have simply changed your mind, return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
